What affects the price

What the quote covers, material supply, payment terms and schedule. That way it is clear what the job includes and how the work will follow on.
When the scope
changes during the work
We discuss any change first. We confirm the extra work and how it affects the budget and the dates. In renovations it's important to respond to the real condition of the uncovered structures.
