Where do you work?
We work in Prague and the surrounding area. Put the town or district in your enquiry and we'll confirm the address later. Availability and dates depend on the job.
Can I order just part of a renovation?
Yes. Besides full renovations, you can order just a facade, drywall, tiling or floors, for example. Tell us which work is already done and who will handle the next stages.
What do you need for a quote?
The type of work, location, photos of the current condition and dimensions. If you have a design or a bill of quantities, that helps too. A site visit may be needed for a more exact brief.
Who supplies the material?
We agree the choice and supply of material for each job. We clarify in advance which materials the quote includes and what the client may supply.
How do you set the date and length of the work?
It depends on the scope, the condition of the building, how the trades follow each other and technical drying times. For outdoor work the weather also affects the schedule. We confirm the date once the brief is clear.
Do you handle electrics, water and drainage?
We handle electrical and plumbing work through external specialists. We agree their involvement and how it fits the construction work based on the job.
What if more work turns up during a renovation?
Once floors or walls are opened up, the condition can differ from what was visible. We discuss the change with you and confirm the scope and its effect on price and schedule.
Can we arrange a site visit?
Yes. We arrange a site visit and its terms after the first contact. Start by sending us the location, photos and a short description of the work.
Can we talk in a language other than Czech?
We speak Czech, English and Ukrainian. In your first message, use whichever language lets you explain the job best.
How does payment work?
We agree payment terms and how the job is split into stages individually, together with the scope and the quote, before the work starts.
