and finish the details.
SDV STAV BUILD s.r.o. is a construction company with many years of experience. We work mostly on private houses, from new builds and renovations to facades, insulation and interior finishing.
We also have experience with work on public buildings in cooperation with other construction companies. We handle the scope of each job based on the brief and site conditions.
Clients value good work and the fact that we talk to them directly. When something needs clarifying or changing, we explain why and what it means for the build.
Good work needs
good communication.
Quality from the base up
We care about preparation, junctions and the visible result. Details are worth solving early, not at the very end.
Dates that respect the build
We build the schedule around the real scope and conditions. We talk openly about changes, weather and how the trades follow each other.
Direct communication
We tell you what the work involves and what needs deciding. We discuss materials, price and changes in specific terms.
Construction work
in Prague and surroundings.
In your first message, the town or district is enough. We'll agree availability, a site visit and the next steps together.
Česky, English, Українською
We communicate in three languages, so the brief is clear from the first contact to every decision during the work.
Working with specialist trades
Electrics and plumbing are handled by external specialists. We fit their work into the construction stages as the project needs.
